[New Zone: Apsaranta] 

1. A new zone “Apsaranta” has been added. 

‘Apsaranta’ is a land that was ruled by the Dragon Lord ‘Apsu’, who was assassinated by Tiamat. 

The Stellin legion pushed in to use ‘Apsu’s’ remaining power in ‘Apsaranta’ and the strong energy source discovered in its field for Inanna’s Tempering. 

However, they were confronted by the ‘Apsu’ legion that remained in the land, and the Elyos and Asmodians who realized this later also advanced, causing ‘Apsaranta’ to become a battlefield of several factions wanting to control this hidden power. 

As the various factions are neck-and-neck, the Elyos and Asmodian Empyrean Lords directly command their factions to claim victory. Join the Empyrean Lord’s legion and occupy the operation sites to carry out missions. 

This is the moment your actions are needed. 

  • Apsaranta can be entered starting at level 81 and you can move through the Dimensional Rift in Inggison/Gelkmaros. 
  • Resurrection skill, Resurrection item, Resurrection Point, Perfect Resurrection, Mounts, and Kisk can be used. However, Kisk cannot be used in some areas, and ‘Summon: Group Member’ skill cannot be used either. 

2. Relic Battle has been added.

  • There are 13 Operation Sites in Apsaranta and acquiring the relics of the operation site claims it for your race.
  • The occupying race’s Nplayer is summoned to the claimed operation site and lasts for 1 hour.
  • Faction Legion Quests can be acquired and completed while the operation site is owned by your race.
  • However, quests in Operation Site 11 and 12 can be acquired and completed regardless of the occupying race.
  • Legion Quest, Dispatch Quests have been added.
    • Moving to an operation site possessed by the same race will result in automatically acquiring the Legion Quests.
    • The acquired Legion Quests can be checked in the [Mission/Quest – Legion] tab.
    • A different faction’s Legion Quests can be acquired at each operation location, and quest information can be checked by putting your mouse over the [Map – Operation Location Icon].
    • The time in which the Legion Quests can be completed is set, and it can only be acquired and completed while the operation site is occupied.
    • If the remaining time runs out during the Legion Quest, the quest in progress disappears. However, the quest items will remain.

  • When the map window is opened, the Dispatch Quests are displayed to the side of the map.
  • Rewards are given when the player has completed the displayed number of Legion Quests within the Dispatch Quest.
  • The time in which a Dispatch Quest can be completed is set, and when the time ends, the quest in progress is removed and changes to a different quest.
  • The number of times a Dispatch Quest can be completed is based on the Legion’s renown level.
  • The Apsaranta Legion Renown System has been added.

  • Legion Renown Points can be gained by completing a faction’s Legion Quests.
  • When a Legion’s Renown Level increases, various benefits are gained such as Operation Site Teleporting, exclusive merchants, etc.
  • Legion Renown is activated seasonally, so there will be no weekly point deduction.
  • Apsaranta World Boss has been added.

  • Once you enter Apsaranta, you can see what time the world boss spawns above the mini map.
  • Each time an Operation Site is occupied it will reduce the spawn timer of world bosses by 10 minutes, so remember to check it!

  • When the world boss appears, the following events occur in Apsaranta.
    • All Kisks are destroyed when the spawn message is displayed.
    • All players are forcibly moved to each race’s garrison.
    • All Operation Sites are changed to Balaur occupation.
    • The ‘Apsaranta’s Heart’ instance entrance disappears and the “Weakened Barrier Door” appears.
  • You can get valuable items such as the “Daevanion Passive Skill Book” and “Apsu’s Illusion Equipment” by defeating the world boss.
  • Various activities have been added to the Apsaranta field.
    • When night falls, the Black Marketer appears in Apsaranta.
    • A scout who needs help appears near each operation location.

[Instance] 

  1. The new instance “Apsaranta’s Heart” has been added.

  • The new level 81+ “Ultimate Fighting Spirit” equipment can be acquired from Apsaranta’s Heart.
  • The Crucible Spire re-entry reset time has been changed to Wednesday at 9AM.
  • The exit location has been changed to the instance dungeon entrance regardless of house type when exiting a Hard difficulty instance.

[Character]

  1. The maximum level a player can attain has been increased to 85.
  2. The Daevanion Passive System has been added.
  • The first Daevanion Passive is learned when the player reaches level 81, and the passives you can use increase with each level.
  • With each level between 81~85, 1 Passive is automatically learned. Remaining passives must be learned using the Passive Skill Book.
  • 1 Daevanian Passive can be selected per level, and you must meet the “Daevanion Passive Master” or use the “Daevanion Activation Stone” item to change it.
  • The Daevanion Activation Stone can be obtained as a Legion Quest reward or through aetherforging.
  • The ‘Daevanion Passive Master is located in the Inggison, Gelkmaros, and Apsaranta regions.
  • The DP acquisition method and DP skill cost have been changed.
    • DP can be obtained by using specific skills per class or through specific actions.
    • The skills and actions needed to obtain DP can be checked in the “Skills” or “Daevanion Passives” window.
    • Not participating in combat slightly decreases DP.

[Empyrean Lord’s Relics]

The Empyrean Lord’s Relic System has been added.

  • When a player reaches level 85, the relic can be activated through the Empyrean Lord Kaisinel (Elyos) or Marchutan (Asmodian), in the Apsaranta Garrison.
  • The Empyrean Lord’s Relic level can be raised by using “Empyrean Lord’s Holy Water.”
  • The Empyrean Lord’s Holy Water can be obtained as a Legion Quest reward or through Aetherforging.
  • When the Empyrean Lord’s Relic level goes up, the Empyrean Lord’s Relic stats (currently applied stats) increase.
  • When the Empyrean Lord’s Relic reaches a certain level, the ‘Empyrean Lord’s Relic Skill’ can be obtained. The Empyrean Lord’s Relic Skill is added to the player’s passive skills.
  • Empyrean Lord’s Relic stats are skills reflected in the player stats and are not reflected in the Empyrean Lord’s Relic currently applied stats UI.
  • The Empyrean Lord’s Relic is activated seasonally and will be reset when the season is over.

[Oath]

The new skill system ‘Oath’ has been added.

  • The Oath can be used to grant skills to weapons or armor.
  • The Oath skill can be repeatedly granted and the Oath skill is created according to the set probability each time it is granted.
  • The Oath skill has skill ranks and levels, and the higher the rank and level, the higher the skill effect.
  • If the Oath skill is granted to several pieces of equipment, new passive skills are either created based on skill combinations or additional effects are activated to existing skills.
  • ※ Caution: External skills and Oath skills cannot be used together, and only the skill granted most recently remains.
  • Oath skills can be granted in ‘Altar of Oaths’ located at the Oathsworn Lake.
  • To grant the Oath skill, the ‘Oath Tablet’ item and Kinah are required.
  • The Oath Tablet can be obtained as a Legion Quest reward, Aetherforging, or as a world boss reward.
  • The Altar of Oath appears when the same race occupies more than two of the 1st, 2nd, or 4th operation locations, and it can only be used by the race occupying it.

[Mount Cube]

The Mount Cube System has been added.

  • Mount items in possession can be registered to the Mount Cube and used at any time.
  • Mount appearance and external information can be checked in advance in the Mount Cube.
  • If possessed Mount items are used they will be automatically added.
  • If a timed mount is added while already registered, the additional time is added to the total remaining time.
  • Timed Mounts of the same name cannot be registered while permanent Mounts are registered.
  • The time of timed Mounts begins after the first use after they have been registered.
  • Mounts can be used after being added by selecting the icon next to their name or after dragging the icon to your quick bar.

[Transformation]

New Legendary grade Transformation “Apsaranta Adventurer” has been added.

[Items and Rewards]

  1. New equipment ‘Ultimate Fighting Spirit’ equipment and ‘Apsa’s Illusion’ equipment have been added.
  2. Yornforged stage 4 weapons have been added.
  3. New appearance equipment has been added.
  4. The basic stats of Ultimate weapons and armor has been adjusted.
  5. The ‘Ultimate Freed Equipment (궁극의 해방된 장비)’, ‘Ultimate Bitterthorn Equipment’, ‘Ultimate Fighting Spirit Equipment’ have been added to the Item Collection.
  6. Experience Crystal items’ and Flag items’ tool tips have been corrected.
  7. The PvE Enchantment Stone and PvP Enchantment Stone have been added so they can be exchanged for each other. Elyos can exchange with Inggison or Sanctum’s ‘Seona’, and Asmodians can exchange with Gelkmaros or Pandaemonium’s ‘Metalla’.
  8. The PvP Enchantment Stone from the ‘Fortress Occupation Reward Box’ has been changed to the PvE Enchantment Stone.
  9. If the PvP Enchantment Stone is included in the Quest rewards, the PvP Enchantment Stone is changed to the PvE Enchantment Stone.
  10. When S rank is reached in the 'Altar of Gales (Normal)’, the 'Storm Ultimate Equipment Box' can be obtained.
  11. The ‘(Great) Smuggler Shukirukin’ now sometimes appears in ‘Altar of Gales (Normal)’.
  12. The probability of the ‘(Great) Smuggler Shukirukin’ appearing in the ‘Benirunerk’s Estate (Easy/Normal)’, ‘Stellin Development Laboratory (Easy/Normal)', 'Primeth’s Forge (Easy/Normal)', 'Altar of Ascension (Easy/Normal)' instances was increased.
  13. The drop rate of the Incomplete Yornforged Weapon in ‘Benirunerk’s Estate (Easy/Normal)’, ‘Stellin Development Laboratory (Easy/Normal)', 'Primeth’s Forge (Easy/Normal)', 'Altar of Ascension (Easy/Normal)', 'Altar of Gales (Easy/Normal)' instance dungeons was increased.
  14. The ‘Ultimate Paragon Enchantment Stone Exchange Ticket Bundle’ has been added to the Inggison/Gelkmaros/Lakrum Renown Store.

[Kerub’s Quick Guide]

The Kerub’s Quick Guide Missions have been added.

  • Various items and guide items can be acquired by completeing Kerub’s Quick Guide missions.
  • Kerub’s Quick Guide can be performed starting at level 76.

[Lugbug’s Mission]

Missions that can be completed in the Apsaranta region have been added.

[UI]

  1. The Terms and Conditions screen and server selection screen UI have been changed.
  2. Mission/Quest window ‘Guide’ tab name has been changed to ‘Windstream’.

The broker commission has been adjusted.
