Coming on October 13

In another time… Poeta has been conquered.

The Balaur have arrived and ravaged the landscape in their wake. Barely recognizable from the lush inhabitants of its former self, the aptly-named ‘Dark Poeta’ now stands not as a shrine of safety within Elysea, but as a beacon of terror.

Brigade General Anuhart and his legion have infiltrated the Aetheric Field, allowing Tahabata Pyrelord to claim ownership over Poeta..

Only you will be able to stop them and prevent Dark Poeta from becoming a reality!

Dark Poeta

Prepare to seek out others like you and try your hand at completing the challenges offered by Dark Poeta.

As an area which is arguably unrivaled in its opportunity and riches, Dark Poeta can be challenged once per day by any Daevas possessing the required components to enter, and who have completed the pre-requisite quests.

Lying within are the coveted Anuhart Equipment and Tahabata Weapons, waiting to be discovered and claimed. Wielding either of these will make you a force to be reckoned with anywhere across Atreia.

Entrances to Dark Poeta will be found at the Kishar Observation Post for Elyos, and at Beluslan’s Hoarfrost Shelter for Asmodians. Both factions can also access Dark Poeta via the Core of the Abyss.

Strategy

When Dark Poeta launches, we recommend recruiting a party of members based on the rank you wish to attempt.

Depending on how hard of a challenge you and your party wish to take on, you may wish to kill more or less opponents as you progress. After all, the faster you kill Brigade General Anuhart, the more rewarding (but also more difficult) the final battle for your party will be.

Progression

As you progress through Dark Poeta, you will accrue points until you defeat  Brigade General Anuhart. Once finished, your actions throughout that Dark Poeta instance will determine which Rank you receive for the last stage of Dark Poeta. Here, you will face-off against the final boss who has come to put an end to your journey in a lava-struck wasteland.

When to Play?

Dark Poeta will deploy alongside Patch 1.5 for Aion Classic, which is scheduled to release on October 13!
